The Kentucky Hot Display (Self Serve) is a hot display case superior to most other cabinets and one of the most popular in our range. It is perfect for convenience, petrol stations and self serve environments as well as full service environments such as cafes, restaurants and bars.

It has a humidity controlled cabinet which keeps a level of moisture in the air that effectively slows the drying of food on display. This gives customers fresher, superior quality food making them want to come back for more. Importantly, it also saves the food operator's food wastage costs.

The hot display unit has a large tray of water with the element above. Convection fans push air past the element and the water, creating the humidity. The fans then circulate the air evenly throughout the cabinet, providing a constant temperature. The unit also comes with a fully variable thermostat to ensure you can display a range of various food types effectively in the cabinet. Each level of the cabinet is illuminated with fluorescent lights enabling your customers to easily see the entire range of food on display in the cabinet.

A light box on the front of the unit and strips for custom graphics above each shelf, allow for customising the cabinet’s design with your own branding. The unit is also fitted with curved Perspex front doors for a self serve option if required.

The Kentucky Self Serve Hot is available in both 2 tier and 3 tier units and fits neatly on a benchtop freeing up your valuable retail space.
