Georgia III Static Cake and Pastry Cabinet
The Georgia III Static Food Display Cabinet Cabinet is ideal for the sale of sweet and delicate cakes and pastries, especially where they contain whipped or butter cream or custard.
The static cooling this unit provides perfect cooling for the entire display area of the cabinet. The evaporator placed under each shelf allows the cold air to fall down naturally which is better for delicate products when compared to cooling by forced air that can dry out products.
All of the glass panels, with the exception of the shelves, are made of insulating double glass. For easy access to the food products on display, the sliding doors at the back are fitted and hinged. The curved front glass panel is designed for easy maintenance and cleaning of the food display cabinet.
